Vitruvian Park ~ Addison, Texas
A $1 billion multi-family, retail and commercial development. Master planning and re-development of approximately 120 acres of contiguous land, transforming an aging, obsolete 1970’s apartment community into a vibrant, mixed use urban development introducing retail and office components, as well as community parks for work, living and entertainment opportunities. As part of the master plan, nearly 6,000 apartment units will be constructed, and up to 500,000 square feet of retail space and potentially 500,000 square feet of office space will be developed in mid to high rise buildings. Major infrastructure improvements consisting of new roadways, water, wastewater, drainage, electric, gas and telecommunication systems are being designed to replace ineffective and obsolete systems.
